I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and kind. I love people, children, and animals. I am always excited to try new things. Working with kids is amazing because they have the ability to teach you things you never thought you needed to know about the world. I believe that being a positive role model for children can make or break their future. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and reliable. The ideal family for me to work for would be a family full of love and acceptance. I began working with kids when I was around 13, I was a counselor in training at a local summer camp and babysat on the weekends. I've been consistently working as a babysitter for a regular family for about 2 years now, but I have experience with children well beyond that. As the oldest sibling in my household I have always had a strong sense of responsibility. My skills include behavioral management, communication, and creativity. I consider my creativity to be a very integral skill of mine.
