About John

I have been working with kids in different capacities for the last 10 years and eventually would like to be a full time teacher. I spent the last year in India working in an elementary school teaching english to many different age groups (kindergarten through eighth grade), creating engaging activities that focused on developing life skills. When I arrived back in Seattle I began working for a company called Chess4life teaching chess in after school programs at 5 different schools. I have also babysat for over 20 families and have lots of experience with planning fun things to do, as well as teaching and tutoring. I pride myself in being a great role model for kids and also teaching through activities and nurturing a love of learning in children. I am now looking for a fully time nannying position!
