I have been investing in people's homes and families for over 15 years now! I love it. I have spent 11 years as a full-time nanny for a few different families in Nashville, the last one being a 5-year position with a family I adore; but I have been caring for kids and homes in some capacity since I was 16 years old. There's something special about being an extension of you all, the parents/homeowners, in helping your kids and your home to THRIVE. Any aspect of making a home a peaceful, functional space--I love it. "Family" and "home" have been two of the most important things in my life, so I find joy in getting to work to invest in a family as my job. Jo was an excellent caregiver for our kids. She was diligent in asking for each kid’s bedtime routine and needs, super helpful getting everyone fed and bathed. We were impressed how well she managed to get four kids to sleep that were, let's call it "reluctant" about bedtime. Great communicator, very punctual. I would definitely recommend Jo.
