About Jolisa

I have been working with children for most of my career as a music teacher. I've taught elementary, middle, and high school students. As a music teacher, I planned both educational and enrichment activities for students. Therefore, I am used to interacting and engaging with children for extensive periods of time. I am also equipped with skills that helps them to manage their emotions. Most recently, I have been babysitting a 5-year-old and working with her for over a year. She is a joy to be around and full of energy. She enjoys painting, coloring, storytime, and going to the park, among many other things. I also have experience with babysitting infants. I am well acquainted with changing diapers, feeding, burping, and comforting babies. Most importantly, I believe in creating a fun and safe environment for your baby/child to grow and to be themselves. I am fun, down to earth, and energetic. I would love an opportunity to meet you and your kiddos.
