I have no professional experience with offering this service to people. From what I have seen as a spectator of this field is that people who are apart of housekeeping companies do not necessarily clean. Not only are surfaces not cleaned but they keep their jobs anyway. They are very nice and well meaning people who go from house to house in a very rushed fashion to make sure their responsibilities are met by a certain time for their ride to bring them to the next job on the roster. This leaves the nice families the burden of not replacing the nice lady. I am offering my services to people individually so that specific criteria are met, judged by the home owner to determine if their criteria are met with the proper feed back the first time. In that way, people do not have things that are not getting cleaned that they have to do themselves. I have the advantage of not having to go from one large home to the next because the cleaning is not on a back to back cleaning roster and it is not the only thing I do for a living. No rushing to get to the next job.
