About Jordan

I'm Jordan. I've worked for the past 10 years in education as a science and math teacher and outdoor educator. I have a masters in Environmental Science and undergraduate degree in Gender Studies as well as a Masters in Teaching Science and a NYS teaching certification. I currently teach Earth Science at a local public high school. I spent summers at a residential summer camp for New York State DEC, as an outdoor educator and camp director. Previously, I worked as a swim lesson instructor and lifeguard. I have worked professionally with children ranging from ages 18 months to 17 years old. I have cared for toddlers and infants as well. I am CPR/AED, Lifeguard, and First Aid certified. love to play outside with kids or find creative ways to engage children in play that is productive and challenging.
