About Jordan

Currently an LPN student in Norwich, NY residing in Greene, NY. Looking for part time home care work in Chenango County. I am available weekday evenings and weekends from September to July. I have over seven years of experience in assisted living, home care, outpatient and inpatient settings, and I am confident in my ability to provide safe, compassionate and dependable care to clients in their homes. In my past role as a clinical assistant in oncology, I supported patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. I assisted with personal care, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I am known for being reliable, respectful, and attentive to patient needs. I'm BLS certified and experienced with bathing, dressing, meal prep, light cleaning, errands, transportation, and memory care. I'm especially comfortable working with individuals who need patience, routine, and gentle redirection.
