About Jordyn

Hi! My name is Jordyn, and I'm 18 years old. I'm starting college at Mizzou this August and am looking for babysitting opportunities because I genuinely enjoy working with kids and helping families out. I currently babysit my neighbor's preschool-aged child occasionally and love getting to spend time playing games, doing activities, and keeping kids entertained while making sure they're safe and cared for. I'm a very active person and love being outside, so I'm always happy to go on walks, play at the park, play sports, or swim. I am experienced with keeping kids safe from allergies as I grew up having peanut, tree-nut, egg, and sesame allergies and know how important it is to keep children safe and comfortable around food. Throughout high school, I was on varsity cheerleading all four years and was honored to be a captain during my senior year at Parkway West High School. Cheer taught me responsibility, leadership, patience, and how to be a positive role model for younger kids!!
