Joseph ("Joe") is the absolute best! He is kind, hard-working, compassionate, smart, and outstanding at his job as an aide. He was always early/on-time for work, and he never balked at staying late if necessary. He took immaculate notes about the care he gave my father, including a log of his blood pressure readings, exercise schedule, medications and food intake. Plus, because he is in such great shape, he could handle the physical challenges of caring for a grown man with dementia. He took my father on long walks and to the gym every day. He prepared nutritious meals. And he helped my mother with all the household chores in his downtime. I cannot say enough good things about Joe. Lucky is the family who has the good fortune to have him helping their loved one.
