About Josephine

I am a very personable person and I absolutely adore children. I have been a nanny / babysit a lot of children in my neighborhood for years. I am originally from Ghana, West Africa but also grew up in Malawi and South Africa. I came here when I was 16 years old and lived in Elliott City in Howard county. I was known to be the person to call in my neighborhood when anyone needed someone to take care of their kids. One family in particular that I was a nanny for years have four boys. I started when the youngest was 2 years old, twins 5 years old and the oldest was 7 years old. I provided all the basic care from preparing their meals to planing fun activities for the day to giving baths and putting them to bed. I created such a bond with them that I now consider them my second family and celebrated some holidays with them and their extended family. Providing a fun and loving environment is what I have done and come to love. I don't mind rolling around and getting dirty with the kids but at the same time providing a great educational and disciplinary structure. I love and adore kids.
