About Josephine

I have always helped take care of kids for different mom groups (with 20+ children at a time), with my own sister, and with my cousins. I have experience with families ages newborn through 14, with up to six kids at once. I have been a nanny for three kids for most of the week (ages 2-8), but am looking for a family to help out with on my days off. I have always tried to make babysitting an experience like having a friend come over for the kids, where I play whatever they feel like and am open to all their creativity and joy. I always try to leave a house cleaner and happier than I found it so parents can have a burden off of their shoulders when coming home from work or a relaxing evening out. I am very comfortable around all children and try to cultivate the imagination of each child. I am a collegiate swimmer and this can aide in any pool related outings (including teaching children to swim), I am also a pre-medicine student with CPR and first aid knowledge and training.
