Although Joseph did not end up working for us because our family member passed so quickly, I want to take the time to share my honest review of the interactions I had with him. I found him to be an extremely professional, prompt, and genuinely kind person. On his first day reporting for his shift, we had to send him away because our family member was in the active phase of passing and we didn’t feel we could leave him at all. I tried to reimburse Joseph for his time and he kindly refused. During my interactions with him, I was constantly changing the days and times I needed his services as our loved one was changing so rapidly. He met every request promptly and with flexibility trying to meet our every need. I will not hesitate hire him if needed in the future and to pass on his information and a recommendation to anyone I know.
