My creativity flows within my writing, expanding my imagination. I write songs and stories that people seem to enjoy. Music is the key to most things, from emotional healing to personal connection. I am a believer in getting the children I care for outside and avoiding screen time so their imagination can run wild without the assistance of a screen. I love to hike, horseback ride, play guitar, and swim. Going to the beach is the best therapy and reading is the best escape from reality. I believe that putting in the work is always necessary no matter the outcome. Failure is non-existent as everything is a learning experience. I came into the child care field because I had pretty much raised my sister at a young age and I was able to implement what I've learned to what I do now. I truly believe that you don't work a day in your life if you're on the career path that brings you happiness because I have first-hand experience with this line of work.
