About Joshua

I am a certified occupational, therapist assistant, and have been providing a senior care for 12 years. I've worked in skilled nursing, and home health settings. And I have advanced training in dementia, Alzheimer's, and related health conditions. I'd describe my personality as positive, caring, and gentle. I like caring for seniors because I respect and am compassionate for people who have lived long lives. I started caring for seniors when I was young. I was involved in my grandparents care. And that helped guide me in my path as an occupational therapist. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughters. I hike, and mountain bike. I enjoy swimming, and painting. I love travel and driving. One thing you should know about me is I take senior care very seriously, people should be treated with care and respect. My skills include listening to a person, being receptive to their needs. Anticipating challenges. And having clinical and physical skills to assist a person.
