About Joshua

I'd describe my personality as energetic, kindhearted, and open-minded I started working with kids at a young age. My mom used to sell jewelry when I was a young teenager and she would bring me to her events to watch kids while parents looked at jewelry. I would watch anywhere from 2 to 5 kids at a time. Since then I found a passion for working with kids. I babysat for my parents friends during high school. In the summer of 2016, I became a volunteer teacher at my church in our children's ministry and I've been doing it for almost 8 years now. They do background checks and training for the volunteers. I'm the activity leader and teach them lessons through games and activities. This caused me to go to school and get my bachelors degree in Education in 2020 at UW Oshkosh. I like working with kids because everyday is different. No one day is the same with kids. I love to work with kids to help them grow and learn new things. To see them succeed at even the smallest thing brings me joy.
