Hello! My name is Josie and I am a 21-year-old college student who is home from school for summer break! A little bit about me: I have 6 years of paid childcare experience including being a summer school teaching assistant in the Waunakee orchestra program during my entire high school career. In the last few summers I have been working as a lead summer camp counselor, where I have been responsible for large groups of children. I have experience working with children aged 5 through 12 and am both CPR/First Aid and CNA certified. At college I am studying biochemistry and am the captain of my rowing team. I am the middle child of three daughters and am really fond of animals. In high school I also spent a significant amount of time working as a kennel assistant, primarily with dogs of all sizes. I really enjoy working with children and am excited to connect with families!
