About Josie

Hi guys!! I have 6 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, has solidified my desire to support families. Back at home in Richmond Va, I work as a gymnastics coach and love every aspect of it. I have three younger siblings ranging from ages 8 to 2, and I have been babysitting them as well as locally for as long as I can remember. My previous babysitting roles motivated me to make a positive impact on young lives and provide a reliable childcare option for parents!! I'm pretty outgoing, creative, friendly, and love engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and (sometimes) technology-based games etc. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method, especially during pickup. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to provide flexible and convenient care. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm and experience to your family!
