My name is Josilaine I'm 28 years old and I'm from Brazil. I have over 6 years of experience as a child care provider. I have experiences with all ages but mostly with newborns, babies and toddlers. I'm mom of a 8 months old daughter and a have a 5 years old stepson. A little about myself: I'm an easy going person, I love to meet new people, new cultures and interact and socialize in general, I'm also curious and creative and I love to invent new things to do with children and learn with them too. It's wonderful for me to have the opportunity to work and spend time with the little ones. I believe in the strength of communication and I think it is fundamental to the development of the child. Dialogue is fundamental in raising a child and if I can have good communication with parents and respect, so together, we will do a great job!

We had an incredible experience with Josilaine caring for our daughter for the last year. Our daughter loves her dearly. Josilaine is warm, caring, loving, patient, trustworthy and dependable. She is extremely attentive; playing and educating all day. It was important for her to know how we wanted to raise our daughter, so that she could adhere to our schedule, discipline style, educational requests, etc. She was instrumental with Potty training. Meal time can be a challenge with little ones, but Josilaine was always able to get our daughter to sit, eat and enjoy mealtime. She always communicated with us how the day went and sent pictures while we were away at work. We loved how much fun our daughter had with Josilaine- they were always giggling and being silly. Josilaine is creative, organized and helpful. We felt our daughter was safe is Josilaine's care. Any family would be lucky to have Josilaine work with them- your kids will love her and so will you!!
