About Joy

I graduated from Florida State University in 2022 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, with the past years dedicated to infant care. I began as a mommy's helper at 15, later worked as a teacher's assistant in college, became a preschool teacher, and now work as a full time nanny. I've supported families with newborns and infants as both a daytime and night nanny. I have hands on experience with newborn routines, bottle prep, feeding, diapering, introducing solids, and developmental play. As a night nanny, I've successfully guided families through sleep training and establishing healthy schedules. I also provide support during postpartum transitions, ensuring not only attentive baby care but also reassurance + consistency for parents. I live in Brickell. I am fluent in Spanish, Farsi, + some Hebrew. Currently, I do school pick-up for another family at 2 PM, so I am ideally seeking a part-time daytime position.
