About Julia

Hello families! My name is Julia and I have extensive experience working with children of all ages. I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician, assisting children with autism in learning academic and life skills development. I have two years of experience with special needs children and over six years experience with neuro-typical children, including one year working in a public elementary school under a School Psychologist as a practitioner of child-led play. Back home in Connecticut, I was a nanny for two children for 2 and a half years - the youngest from when he was born. My philosophy is to let children grow and explore the world through play and creative pursuits. I love music, art, rollerskating and yoga. I have flexible weekend hours and am open to some weeknight hours after 6 p.m. I am excited to assist your family in any way I can and provide quality care for your children.
