I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, caring and passionate about children. I enjoy helping children work through challenging situations and helping them grow in their skills. Whatever family I'm apart of, I want to be able to blend right in and actually feel apart of the family dynamic! "I usually ask for 20 per hour. And I'm all for making connections with families but I also have to consider the drive time and how many hours I'll be working. I appreciate you bringing this feedback to my attention, but since this is a business for me, I have to make the financially smart decision. I hope you can understand." I will never understand how you feel that making $0 is better than making $60 is a "smart financial decision". Best of luck to you.
