About Julia

Hi there! My name is Julia, and I am a Kindergarten teacher in Redford. I love working with kiddos, especially when playing outside, doing creative projects, and teaching them something new. I'm an energetic person with a ton of experience working with kids inside and outside of classroom spaces. I nannied an infant for a year and a half. I also worked at MSU's Tollgate Farm as an educational camp counselor for school-aged children. I am now in my second year of teaching! I love it! I have a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Dayton, and studied for my teacher certification at Davenport University. I am looking to continue my graduate level courses in the near future. Currently, I'm looking for a position that supports a family on the weekends and/or date nights.
