I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. At 40 years old, my many years of experience have allowed me to develop a calm, patient, and creative approach to childcare, which I believe is essential in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. I also understand and speak Spanish almost fluently. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue, ensuring they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I also have experience with special needs children and have taken coursework in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development.
