About Juliana

When Juliana joined our family to care for our one-year-old daughter, what mattered most to us was dependability and punctuality. Juliana understood that from day one and has been consistently on time, giving us complete peace of mind as we head to work each morning. Juliana won our daughter over very quickly. Juliana maintains a wonderful routine with timely meals, plenty of play, book reading, outdoor stroller rides, nature walks, and consistent nap schedules, all of which support our daughter’s growth and development. She does an amazing job engaging our daughter through conversations, songs, books, and play. Our daughter’s vocabulary has grown tremendously with Juliana—she continues to learn new words, form longer sentences, and become more confident expressing herself every day. We feel confident knowing our daughter is in loving and capable hands. Juliana is attentive to even the smallest details and always makes sure our daughter’s needs are met with care and patience. What truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about our family. On the rare occasions when severe weather prevents her from coming, she goes above and beyond to help us arrange alternative childcare so we’re never left scrambling. Juliana is incredibly caring, dependable, disciplined, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of the children she cares for.
