About Juliana

Working with a nonprofit to better reading for K-8, I've become so grateful for my students reminding me how to be playful and unapologetically yourself. This inspired me to begin babysitting. My top priorities are safety, communication, and creating an open space where children can express themselves. I believe these are the foundations for learning/ having fun. I understand how important it is for caregivers to feel comfortable trusting someone else with their child, so I'm happy to provide regular updates using their preferred communication. My experience overseeing classrooms of 30+ students has also taught me how to balance structure with patience to uphold household rules. A little about me: I'm a junior in college, I enjoy animals, outdoors, piano, movies, storytelling, and finding creative ways to make learning fun. I love being silly with kids, and my overall goal is to make a positive impact on children's lives while helping lighten the load for caregivers however I can.
