I am a compassionate and patient childcare provider with over 7 years of experience working with children, including children with special needs. Through my role as an para professionalat a non-public school, I have developed strong skills in providing individualized support, encouraging positive behaviors, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in building meaningful relationships with each child through patience, understanding, and trust. As a mother of three boys, I understand the importance of finding someone who will care for your children with the same love, attention, and respect you would give them yourself.
