About Julia

I have experience with kids ages 6 months-15 years old. Once I was old enough, I was a camp counselor at my uncle's All Sports Camp and Colts Soccer Camp in Yarmouth. My first babysitting job was sophomore year of high school watching a 6-month-old and his sister who was 4. On top of that I was a weekend babysitter for a 8-year-old and her brother who was 15. Those two jobs were consistent until senior year. I was a nanny for two boys senior year. I was responsible for pickup/drop off for practices and after school care. We focused on being active after school, getting a good routine down when it came to homework time and limiting scree time. I did light house work for them, as well as meal prep from time to time. I spent my college senior year job study at All Saints Catholic School in Bangor. Myself along with a few other co-workers were in charge of 16-23 kids at a time. We were in the after school program organizing snack/homework time, fun activities and outdoor time.
