About Julia

As a certified registered nurse and certified nursing assistant with six years of childcare experience, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families. My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. I consider myself a patient, calm, friendly, and approachable individual who is very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. When it comes to availability, I am a full time RN and work 3 days a week, meaning I have 4 days off. However, those days tend to change weekly. I do get my schedules a month in advance, so I can work around them.
