About Julia

Hi, I'm Julia, and caring for others isn't just something I do it's who I am. From the moment I earned my Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, helping people felt natural. When my mother-in-law had a stroke, I stepped in without hesitation. I learned that a calm voice and a gentle presence can make all the difference. Later, when my grandfather's dementia progressed, I was there again. I discovered the importance of keeping his mind and body active whether through short walks, chair stretches, puzzles, or simply sharing music and conversation. Those moments of companionship mattered. They kept loneliness away and brought joy to his days. Even when things got tough, like helping with personal hygiene, I approached it with warmth, understanding, and the dignity every person deserves.
