About Julie

I'm 31 years old and have been working with children for over 15 years, starting when I was 15. I began by helping care for my younger cousin and instantly fell in love with it. There's nothing more rewarding than being part of a child's growth and watching them reach new milestones. I've worked in daycare settings as a lead teacher for toddlers and 2-year-olds, and I have experience with all age groups from infants through school-age. I've also been babysitting for years, which has given me the chance to work with many different personalities and family dynamics. In addition to childcare, I've spent the last 3 years working as a direct support provider with adults with disabilities. That experience has really strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to adapt to individual needs. I'm also a mom, so I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident in who is caring for your child. My goal is always to make sure kids feel safe, happy, and supported.
