35+ years experience Raising four children into adulthood has given me invaluable firsthand experience with every stage of childhood development. Through the years, I have learned how important consistency, communication, patience, and compassion are in helping children thrive. Being a mother taught me how to balance structure with warmth, how to stay calm during stressful moments, and how to create a home environment where children feel secure and understood. I understand the daily responsibilities that come with caring for children, from managing routines and preparing meals to helping with schoolwork, emotional support, and encouraging positive behavior. Parenting has strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle challenges with confidence and grace. I have spent the past decade working as a special education teacher aide. This role has been incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to work closely with children who have a wide range of learning styles.
