About Julie

Hi! After 20 years working in social services, I'm at a point in life where I'd love to continue helping people in a more personal and flexible way. I'm a mom of three grown daughters and a proud grandma. I'm interested in helping seniors maintain their independence through companionship, grocery shopping and errands, transportation to appointments, outings, or simply stopping by to visit and check in. As a former social worker and Resident Relations Coordinator, I worked closely with residents to build community, encourage connection, and help people feel supported. I'm caring, dependable, personable, and a good listener. Family means everything to me. My grandpa was my rock, and my mom, who has since passed, was as well. I understand what it means to trust someone with a person you love, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'm looking for flexible, part-time opportunities with a few individuals or families where I can provide an extra set of hands--and some good company
