I have spent the last decade supporting my own elderly parents and quadriplegic brother with compassion and patience while allowing them to express their independence. I would love to provide similar care to new individuals to make a meaningful, positive impact while providing families with reliable, peace-of-mind support. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am also a yoga teacher who teaches Chair Yoga to seniors in the community. I provide comprehensive care, including transportation, errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
