Jyoti was an amazing nanny and an invaluable resource as we navigated many firsts - sleep training (and transitioning away from contact naps!), introducing solids, bottle weaning etc. She is a clear and thoughtful communicator, always happy to follow our lead and honor our preferences, yet never hesitant to voice questions or concerns based on her observations and extensive experience. Working with Jyoti was a true partnership. She cared deeply for our son and his well being as well as for us as parents, often volunteering to help with little things around the house to make our lives easier. She is incredibly warm, kind, and generous and we felt totally confident leaving our son in her capable hands. Our very active toddler enjoyed daily trips to the park, where Jyoti enthusiastically encouraged playtime and socialization with other kiddos in the neighborhood.
