My experience: I have eight years of experience providing long term childcare. I've worked with infants, preemies, twins, Autism, ADHD, Tourette's. I have multiple references from previous families! I do have a bachelors degree. I also had an in home daycare for two years so multiple kids/responsibilities doesn't scare me at all. The experience of being a mother myself as well as having the daycare has taught me a lot when it comes to helping little ones thrive!
