We hired Kaelin a few times over the summer for date nights or school breaks to watch either one or both of our daughters, who were 1 and almost 4. Kaelin has a warm and sunny personality that my daughters quickly connected with, especially the older one who had a great time playing princesses and building forts together. Kaelin is punctual, responsive to messages, and learned quickly about things like heating up bottles and food. I also appreciated that she cleaned up after giving the kids meals without being asked. The baby was having separation anxiety during one of our date nights, and Kaelin managed the baby crying and refusing food on her own and we didn't have to cut our date short. She will be going back to school in August; otherwise we would have loved to continue having her as our occasional babysitter.
