About Kaia

As a daycare teacher for three years, I've discovered my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and creative nature allows me to connect with children and provide a safe and stimulating environment. I am a firm supporter of learning-through-play and can turn most learning opportunities into a fun game or activity! I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. With my First Aid and CPR training, you can trust that your children will be well cared for. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, as needed. While most of my daycare experience is with toddlers (12-36 months), I have two years of experience as a summer camp counselor for children 5-17 years. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders.
