About Kailah

As a caregiver, my passion for supporting families and my previous babysitting experiences inspired me to pursue a career in childcare. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, making me approachable to both children and parents alike. To keep parents updated on their child's day, I provide regular updates via their preferred communication method. With five years of experience and a college degree, I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as being a certified nursing assistant. When it comes to activities, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With my swimming skills, I can also teach children to swim. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in open communication with parents.
