Kailey has been watching my two girls (2 & 3) for the past few months, and they just love her! Her background and certifications translate perfectly with their needs, and she has always been extremely receptive and respectful of our parenting style/preferences. She does engaging activities with them, prepares snacks when needed, de-escalates tantrums or disagreements, and picks up after them. She’s great with our two large dogs as well! She cares deeply for my girls and her quick thinking and awareness has even helped protect them. We are so grateful for Kailey!
