Kailey is amazing and I would recommend her to any family in need of a nanny. This recommendation is just a small reflection of how great she really is. Kailey has been with our family for 6 years. From the beginning Kailey became one of my children's very favorite people. She exhibits that rare mix of kindness, caring, and fun, but is also firm and always in control of the situation. In addition to being a wonderful caregiver for the kids, Kailey somehow manages to help with laundry, always keeps the kid's areas spotless, and helps clean up around the house. Over the years Kailey has helped with potty training, learning to ride a bike, letters, numbers, schoolwork, she even helped our youngest learn to ski, Kailey is an integral part of everything our kids do! Kailey is dedicated, thoughtful, smart, and one of the hardest working people I know. If it wasn't for a move out of state, we would have kept Kailey on indefinitely. She is the absolute best you could ever ask for!
