We hired Kailyn as a temporary nanny and she did a good job. There were a couple instances where she showed up late and the house was never completely clean. Educational duties were not met. There were 2 schedule changes within 3 weeks. We decided to continue to use her as a weekend babysitter because the kids liked her. The night before one of our plans, she cancelled on us at 9:00 at night. She was supposed to be here early the next morning. It wasn't until I reached out to her to confirm her hours that she told me so thankfully I did reach out. She said she couldn't come anymore because her other job has become "too demanding". We have had these plans for over 2 months, and now have to tell our friends who are traveling an hour away that we need to cancel - the night before. We find this very disrespectful and would not trust her dependability.
