About Kaitlin

I have several years of experience working with children, including serving as an Assistant Director at a summer camp for Howard County Parks and Recreation, where I helped oversee and care for groups of up to 30 kids alongside counselors. I love creating a fun, patient, and safe environment for children to play, learn, and grow, whether that's through sports, crafts, or just everyday adventures. I also have my own car, so I'm flexible for carpooling or getting kids to activities. I'm an incoming senior at the University of Maryland, and I grew up in Columbia, Maryland, going through Howard County Public Schools. Growing up playing soccer, lacrosse, and basketball, I've always been active, and I love bringing that energy into time with kids. I come from a family of five, so I'm very used to a busy, full house, and I'm also a huge animal person, especially dogs!
