My name is Kaitlin, and I have over 3. 5 years of experience caring for young children. During that time, I've had the privilege of working closely with two wonderful families-one with a 1-year-old child and another with a 1-year-old. These experiences have taught me how important it is to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and feel supported. I genuinely enjoy watching children reach new milestones, whether it's learning to communicate, becoming more independent, or discovering the world through play. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families through open communication, patience, and consistency. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity, spending time outdoors, and helping children develop confidence through everyday experiences. I understand the importance of maintaining routines while also being flexible to meet each child's unique needs and personality.
