About Kaitlin

Hi, my name is Kaitlin, I am 22 years old, and I have been working with children professionally for 5 years. I was a Special Education Paraprofessional at an elementary school for 2 years. Before that, I worked as a Summer School Paraprofessional for 5 years. As a Paraprofessional, I have experience working with children in small group, whole class, and individual settings. I love teaching students and helping them grow and learn throughout the year and seeing their progress first-hand! Some of my skills include: time management, problem solving, attention to detail, teaching, organization, and empathy. I am CPR/First Aid certified as well. Thank you!
