About Kaitlyn

I am a 21 yr old college student and dog mom to a beagle named Cash. I am dating my best friend and we met at church 3 yrs ago. At a young age I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis due to a gene mutation. Throughout my childhood I was constantly in and out of the hospital. At 16 yrs old I had a lifesaving transplant called an auto islet cell transplant with a total pancreatectomy. I am also a type 1 diabetic. My transplant, along with several other factors, has greatly impacted my motivation to care for others. I've spent 2 years as a childcare provider, I am CPR and first-aid certified and also have my CNA license. I work part-time on nights at a hospital. I am somewhat flexible on my pay and hours. I am comfortable providing nurturing and beneficial childcare for up to three children, ages newborn to preteen. I also have experience working with special needs children. I'm confident that my skills and experience make me a reliable and trustworthy choice for your childcare needs.
