About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, and I've loved working with children for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family of six kids, and throughout my childhood we also welcomed five foster children into our home. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to create a loving, supportive environment. I've been babysitting and nannying since I was 14, giving me nearly a decade of childcare experience. I enjoy planning fun activities, spending time outdoors, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, and creating a safe, positive space where children feel cared for. I'm married and live in Culver City with my husband, who attends the University of Southern California. I'm dependable, organized, energetic, and passionate about building meaningful relationships with the families I work with while giving parents peace of mind.
