About Kaitlyn

I am a very optimistic, dependable, and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. I have experience in early childhood development as well as working in group homes supporting individuals of all ages with disabilities. Currently, I work full time overseeing 8 group homes, where I focus on leadership, organization, and creating a positive environment for both staff and residents. I truly enjoy teaching new skills, building meaningful connections, and helping others feel supported and encouraged. While working with you, I love playing games, coloring, arts and crafts, watching movies, and simply spending quality time with others. I also do not mind cooking, cleaning, baking, and organizing, and I take pride in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment wherever I am.
