About Kaitlyn

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I have a passion for working with children and helping them feel safe, supported, and encouraged as they learn and grow. I began babysitting as a teenager and have worked in an elementary school setting since 2020, supporting children. I have also babysat every summer for the past four years, gaining valuable experience in school and at home. I currently work as a preschool teacher's assistant and am pursuing my teaching certification. I enjoy creating fun, engaging experiences through reading, crafts, outdoor play, games, and homework support. I would describe myself as compassionate, curious, and creative. I love children's imagination, curiosity, and unique perspectives, and I enjoy helping them build confidence and independence. I value open communication, trust, and teamwork with families. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel happy, valued, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in good hands.
