About Kaitlynn

Fostering a love for learning and creativity has been the cornerstone of my 12+ year career in education. As a former public school teacher, I bring a calm, patient approach to childcare that helps children feel secure and inspired. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes studies in Early Child Development, which informs how I engage kids through educational games, outdoor sports, and imaginative crafts. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I prioritize clear communication, whether through daily updates or your preferred method of contact, and I am comfortable upholding your established household rules. I am truly looking forward to bringing my passion for arts and education into your home to help your children grow and thrive.
