About Kaitlynn

I have always been drawn to working in childcare. I had my first mother's helper job when I was 8 years old, and I have been working as a babysitter yearly ever since. I was a summer camp counselor for 7 years, and that's what lead me to realize that fostering children's creative and personal growth was my passion. additionally, I am a very patient problem-solver when it comes to difficult behavior and conflict, and I always try to enforce rules in a way the child can understand. l am now in college for child psychology, and I plan on becoming a pediatric clinical psychologist in the future. As for engagement, I love to do arts and crafts, board games, and other fun hands-on activities with the kiddos. I often like to surprise the kids I babysit with fun craft kits and new games to play! My schedule is very flexible, I am available almost every day in the afternoon, and occasionally in the morning. I'm used to late-night sitting, so don't be afraid to plan that date night!
